Clients will receive appointment reminder texts the evening prior to their scheduled appointment. Cancellations should be made at this time or changes addressed . Failure to attend a confirmed appointment may result in a missed appointment fee. All missed appointment fees must be paid in full prior to scheduling future services. Emergency situations will be reviewed at the business’s discretion.
